MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Fellow Members of RCKN, Visiting Rotarians, Rotaractors & Esteemed Guests,
I warmly welcome you to the new month of November and thank you for the commendable support you have given me and the Club over the past 4 months. Thank you for choosing to be present and choosing to fellowship with RCKN.
We celebrated birthdays and achievements of our members. I congratulate all of you who achieved one thing or another β may you continue to shine.
We also condole with all members who lost their loved ones. We pray for you and stand with you. May the souls of the departed rest in peace.
Special recognition to our Family of Rotary Chair, Rtn. Penny Simba, for ensuring we celebrate all members' achievements and stand with those who have lost loved ones. Thank you, Penny, for keeping us a true family.
What an exciting, sporty and informal fellowship we had! It was wonderful to see 29 members exhibit their sporty capabilities, strengthen bonds and meet new people. Drinks flowed, music was on point, and the dance floor came alive β with Roger, Eric and Edna leading.
Special thanks to Rtn. Sharon and Andy for your innovation.
We commemorated World Polio Day with excellent coverage on UBC TV, New Vision and social media.
Appreciation to:
π» Rtn. Nakate and Andy β for exceptional organization.
